Avalilability of very short term loan options for non-salary individual in India
I think in many cases, simply selling such gold instead of collateralizing, could be prudent. Obviously there may be personal attachment in cases such as jewellery, but don't lose sight of the potential to simplify things and avoid further interest charges.

Is there a way to time the sale of a property in Russia to minimize the risk of a sudden collapse of the Russian rouble right after the deal?
I'm voting to close because it is asking for very subjective opinions on how to predict economic collapse; more actionable advice as mentioned may relate to legally structuring the agreement through use of escrow account etc. that would prevent 'Person B' from backing out of the deal. That also would be off-topic for this site, and the asker has indicated they are not looking for such advice anyway.

@Petr That introduces specific risk that the Ruble strengthens over the period in question. Whether that risk is more a concern than the risk of economic collapse + 'Person B' backs out of their legal agreement, I cannot say.

How do valuation multiples relate to growth or other company features?
This is just way too large of a topic to be well suited to this site. "How do I value a company" is like... all of finance.

Can a Merchant Really Charge to My Credit Card with Only the Number, Name and Expiry Date?
Note that sending your credit card details over plaintext email is risk of fraud, and requesting that you provide those details by email is against the hotel's terms and conditions as a payment processor. Every single credit card that is recorded on their email server represents a potential $20,000 USD fine that MC can impose on them for breaking their agreement. Such information can be provided over the phone or via encrypted online channels, but sending over email is forbidden.

Could I own many cookie cutter homes in a LLC, sell 1 home to another LLC I own for X, and then use that X as a comp value for my homes with the bank?
Purposefully giving the bank 'skewed comps' = fraud. And, "Entirely separate company" when you own that other company, is still not an arms-length transaction. Yes, this is still fraud.

Also - note that the funds received as a loan from a bank are not 'profit', as you do in fact need to pay them back [it appears you may not have intended to do that, either...]

Well it just wouldn't work - when securing financing, the bank would want an independant appraisal of the homes you are asking to put security on. Value of recent sales might form part of that, but that should only happen if the sales are at 'arms-length'; hiding the fact that you sold them to yourself would, if you even could, would in itself likely constitute fraud. I'm not a lawyer, but intending to deceive your bank / the IRS with a shell game like this should fall quite neatly into the 'fraud' box.

Should I increase my deposit on a house by taking money out of my S&P investment?
I would say the healthier and more secure the income, the more beneficial to take on a mortgage [deferring taxes on sale of investments + prioritizing long-term investing rather than interest cost reduction]. Not always safe / the right thing, of course, depending on a person's risk tolerance.

I’m voting to close this question because we don't allow questions intending to commit fraud.

The quick answer is 'no, that wouldnt work'. The longer answer is: "no, fraud is illegal for both tax and financing purposes".

Is FATCA mostly for other countries to report to the USA?
@user1721135 The leverage the US uses to gather this information, is effectively the power to deny those foreign financial institutions from dealing in USD. Europe collectively may have some amount of leverage over use banks who would want to deal in Euros, but not nearly as much as Bulgarian banks would want to deal in USD.

can one cover a short position in common shares by holding a long position in (convertible) preferred shares?
Is your question implying a need to hold a long position of the same shares you are shorting? Regulation T requires only that you have total collateral up to the margin requirement amounts; that collateral could be in the form of cash or other unrelated securities. Ultimately if you short a stock and then purchase shares where at least some value comes from the ability to convert into a long position of the same stock, you likely have offset a large part of the potential gains (and losses) from having the short position in the first place.

How to construct the safe part of a buy and hold portfolio as resident of a developing country?
That doesn't mean your suggestion is a poor one, just trying to highlight that the currency risk isn't removed. Many people invest in global financial centres outside their own country, so what you are suggesting would be I think fairly typical [not that I am recommending one way or the other; I am not knowledgable about Poland].

How to construct the safe part of a buy and hold portfolio as resident of a developing country?
Correct - if you plan on retiring in Poland and expect your retirement expenses to be paid in Zloty, then any currency except zloty represents a potential currency risk. To your point made further in your answer about 'multiple foreign currencies offsetting eachothers' currency risk', that may be true to a degree, but ultimately you would still be left with the risk that the average of all those currencies, moves against the Zloty [eg. That the Zloty strengthens vs the average, and your funds can no longer buy as much in local goods].

How do I contact the IRS about my tax return from a non-US phone number?
Yes this is a method of saving international fees to the organization (in this case IRS), requiring 1-800 only be dialed from a local number.

Why can't one short UVXY and hold that short over extended period, like 1 year?
@pkout A stop buy order only triggers if trades are available at your stop price. if there is a price gap due to an instant swing [based on news announcement, eg.] then you will suffer whatever difference occurs. Even trading at the stop gap you set, represents a loss [unless you set it barely below your original price, in which case, it may trigger immediately]. You do not understand what you are getting into. Be very, very careful.

Note that currency risk is only relevant if the funds you are investing are different than the currency you will use when you retire. eg. Currency risk of the Zloty is irrelevant if you will retire in Poland. Of course as you point out, there is potentially inflation risk higher than expected for a 'safe' asset. To many, these two items will seem similar, but the difference can be highly relevant.
