Explained what I mean by permanent address in NYC, i.e. it is my parents' address. I do not own any home or rent any apartment in NYC under my name.

Register to vote, register the car, update your driver license, change all the information on your credit cards. Normally there are questions about setting up residence in a different state, but in the case the new residence can be in the same state. | |
