But in the end she had a responsibility to make sure that her taxes were paid. While I will concede that it is possible, I find it difficult to believe that she did not know they were not paying their SS taxes. | |

It isn't that uncommon for a non-working spouse to leave the finances up to the working spouse. If that is the case I'm at least somewhat sympathetic. | |
