I was brought up on Fortran77 with a mix of Perl and lot of bash and csh scripting. I have been programming mainly in C++ for the last thirteen years or so, although there has been a significant amount of python too. I've done time in scientific computing, algorithmic financial derivatives trading applications, control software for medical diagnostics machinery and neuro simulation stuff. I am particularly interested C++ post C++11.
