If somebody buys USDT in an online platform and for example gets 100,000 USDT profit as total, is there a tax to be paid? That person stays in UK.

    Where is the profit coming from? Are you profiting because you essentially made a foreign exchange transaction (buying dollars with pounds)? Or is there something else I'm missing?
