In Amazon Web Services (AWS) if one provides the credit card ,that person is billed for the resources the person uses. However if the person registers with debit card will AWS be able to do so?

What makes you think that they can't bill against a debit card? (Most) debit cards work like credit cards with immediate payments and a limit tied to your account balance... – Ron Beyer Jun 11 '20 at 12:21
  • I have registered my AWS account with a debit card. No problems. Make sure you have enough money to cover the bill, obviously. – user253751 Jun 11 '20 at 12:34

If you are worried about accidentally running up huge bills (which is possible on AWS!) then it might not be such a good idea to use a debit card. With a credit card, you can at least still keep your money while you settle the problem with AWS (who I hear are good about refunding accidental huge bills occasionally) – user253751 Jun 11 '20 at 12:35

They should not be charged as credit cards, if the customer opts for the debit card option the account must be charged as debit, if the customer opts for credit the account must be charged credit. Of course, it will also depend on the card's features, always be aware of that. If the card has these two features, the person who chooses by which method to buy it, no store or corporation can do it for the customer, so whenever the person makes a purchase they should review all the information on the card and how it the purchase is being made.
