Once my house is paid off I'll open another for taxes and insurance as they are currently escrow now. All savings are high-yield (now a miserable .9%). I however find it much more convenient to just have one checking account. | |

I have ~6 savings accounts (monthly bills, incremental bills, slush, big purchase, emergency, vacation) because having the separation maintained by a website is more convenient than doing it in a spreadsheet myself. | |
