Are there brokers in the US offering International Brokerage accounts with support for KRX exchange in South Korea?

Also, are the any Korean brokers that allow international persons to open a Home Trading System account?

Interactive Brokers has a few options with South Korea interactivebrokers.co.uk/en/general/whyib/…, though it doesn't look like you can do stocks (they allow you to do Indicies, Futures and Securities Options. – YaReally Jan 11 at 18:34
