Apparently ANZ Money manager works with several Australian banks. This LifeHacker article is worth reading for an overview. One of the comments on that post also recommend Yodlee.com

The Terms & Conditions for the ANZ Money Manager state that Yodlee.com is the Service Provider of the service. – Anthony K Aug 13 '10 at 7:02

Try out Pocketbook. It's a new Australian based product in beta. My experience has been great. Giving me great weekly summary updates to keep my finances on track.
